Senior Transportation
Senior Transportation (Cowlitz, Wahkiakum seniors age 60 and over.) By wheelchair accessible van for Longview - Kelso - Lexington residents who live outside the CUBS service area to come into town for medical appointments and shopping services. Volunteer drivers are available to transport people for medical appointments in the Portland - Vancouver area, and as far north as Seattle (Note: the wheelchair van is not available for those trips. NOTE: due to budget constraints, this service is limited to 1 (one) round trip per month per client. There is one rural senior van service into Longview from Cathlament - Rosburg on the first Wednesday of each month. Please call for these times.

Medicaid Transportation
CAP and Medicaid are working together to assist you with your transportation needs. Medicaid transportation is provided to any individual who is eligible for Medicaid and authorized by the Medicaid Transportation Brokerage in Vancouver. For qualifying information or to schedule rides, call Medicaid Screeners toll free at 1-800-752-9422 and request service from CAP. Medicaid will call CAP to schedule the ride for you.
Note: CAP cannot schedule your ride.
Private Pay Transportation
CAP also offers a private pay transportation service. Transportation can be provided by car, or wheelchair equipped vans.

Rural Public Transportation
The rural public transportation service South from Longview to Vancouver runs 5 times a day, Monday through Friday. Stops include: Longview (Transit Center), Kalama (Toteff Park), Woodland (Visitors Center/Park & Ride), Vancouver (Salmon Creek Park & Ride).
The service North from Longview to Tumwater is avalable 2 times a day, Monday through Friday. Present stops include: Longview (Transit Center), Castle Rock (Park & Ride/Select Market), Exit 63 (Shell Station), Centralia (Amtrak Station) and Tumwater (Tumwater Square).
Rural transportation is open to the general public, the fare for each one way trip is $1.00. Vans are equipped with bike racks. We also provide Saturday service with 2 trips (morning and afternoon) to Vancouver and 1 trip (mid-day) to Tumwater.
