Deliver Meals on Wheels |

Deliver hot and frozen meals to homebound
seniors and people living with disabilities. You provide not only a
meal but a human connection. You may be the only person they see
that day. Volunteer two hours a week, or more if you wish. For more

Become an Advocate (Long Term Care
Ombudsman) |

As an advocate for residents in long term care
facilities you conduct friendly visits, monitor the condition of the
facilities and the care given to people, educate residents about
their rights, and investigate & resolve complaints. Hours and days
are flexible, free certification training is provided, and mileage
reimbursement is available. We are now recruiting for the June
training. Call CAP's Long Term Care Ombudsman Program for more
