In-Home Care Services
· Reasonable hourly rate
· No minimum hours
· Help available 7 days a week & evenings
This program provides services that allow ill, disabled, and older persons to remain independently in their own homes. Services include: housework, personal hygiene, bathing assistance, laundry, dressing and grooming, meal preparation, shopping, medication assistance and helping to arrange transportation to medical appointments.

All CAP caregivers undergo extensive background and criminal checks, meet all state and OSHA requirements, have completed the state-mandated 28-hour caregiver training, and are supervised by a coordinator and program manager.

Respite Care for Family Caregivers

 

Respite Care provides family and friends a break from caring for a loved one, allowing them to have time for themselves. Respite care can be provided for one hour, for a weekend, or while family caregivers are away on a trip of several weeks.
