		The CAP Foundation's mission is to build a financial base and permanent endowment to enhance and support services of Lower Columbia Community Action Program (CAP) for seniors, families and children.
		CAP gives individuals the opportunity to gain an education and a career, to regain their self confidence, and to achieve financial independence and pride in becoming productive community members.
